People dealing with mental health issues avoid talking about it due to it’s stigma making them unwilling to seek help. The gold represents the smile on their face while the black feet shows how they are actually tied down dealing with dark times and suicide attempts. Semicolons represents all the trials and times they could have ended their life but chose not to. Balloon heart represents how fragile their feelings are as they seek the love and understanding of others.”
